I left a company that was growing very fast, the owner was very driven and optimistic. But I was getting paid 50% less than what an average person with the same job description was making. If you can't pay a fair wage to the employees that are going to get you your home run, then you will never make a home run, especially after 3 years. I tried to make sure that when I left, the few people that still worked there could continue to tread water, and that I didn't just let the ship sink. But the owner will need to make a decision before time inevitably takes the business out of relevance and tanks it, invest in your workers or fail. At this point, I've been given plenty of experience in my trade's industry, and with how to grow a business as far as marketing and sales goes.

I think most people think there is a secret to how to become a millionaire. I would disagree. Some people in this video even said it themselves. It’s luck. Nothing else. Pure luck and being at the right place at the right time. There are literally millions of people who work their ass off and try their best to succeed and become rich and they never do. On the other hand some people start selling a crap product from China and luckily people buy it and all of a sudden they become a millionaire. I do think you need to work and try different things but luck plays a HUGE role.
@canadude6401 Жыл бұрын
I think the ratio is: 40%: the work best suited to your skill set 30%: strong urge to succeed and hustle 20%: failing and trying again, persistence 10%: luck
@JustinsSupercars Жыл бұрын
@@canadude6401 Luck is definitely much higher up there. I’d say it’s at least 30-40% luck. Have you never heard Karl Lagerfeld? Because he said it perfectly. He said 9 out of 10 supermodels and soccer players get discovered completely randomly. And all of a sudden they get offered millions. It’s like hitting the lottery. Sure it’s a different thing if you’re into sales or whatever but even there it’s about the people you know. Very rarely people become rich just because of their own efforts. You need people to lift you up.

Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it.

Can't say for how long it's gonna work and for sure it is overyhped right now but even for half a year or something it would be smart to ride the wave and then eventually jump away but the thing is why this is smart right now is because it's so cheap, won't ever find a better entry than now

He was saying about a good wife and pulling her into the photo , then his daughter rushed over as if she was part of the good woman who helped him. Funny how he pushed her away and the shocked look on her face as he told her you spend my money. So true she’s part of this entitled creatures we’ve created. My daughter in conversation said to me she feels entitled, it was over the phone and probably good cause she wouldn’t have liked the look on my face hearing that. But my thought was I paid for a four year college education for you, you worked 5 years, got married and your husband wanted you to be a at home wife ( no children yet) and you feel entitled, why? You play pickleball, you walk the dogs and clean the house and cook meals. Your husband takes care of all the yard work and works 12 hour shifts. Entitled my ass girl. Damn lucky.

My opinion is probably heretic, but I really believe Jerome Powell is working based on reports on inflation figures. We can't really tell what will follow until after the inflation result comes in this February. Meanwhile, historical data have proven time and time again that stocks will always outperform bonds in the long run, so I'm sticking out my guns and I'm remaining in the market. I just need to pick out quality stocks, and I'm good to go. The problem is how to find them.
