Just want to post one of the best hacks to "what do you want to eat". So first off the man has to make the choice but she still has to like it. It has to be your idea but in the realm of what she wants, which can change ever 5 minutes and 23 seconds. So the first thing is understand what she likes and doesn't like. The magic comes into play when you ask her in an excited voice (you have to be excited and smile like you are so proud of yourself) "ok I picked out a wonderful place to eat today you have 3 guesses". She will magically tell you where she wants to eat and you can tell by the first choice that she gives you that that is what she wants, the other choices just remember in the back of your head for later. Just watch her facial expressions and then be like, "how on earth did you know that I was taking you to (place)". You can't use this trick every time because she will catch on to what you are doing pretty quickly and then will say things she doesn't want to see if you are really leading the relationship. It's weird but it works.
