Your ideas are perfectly possible. Just do the maths right, its the most important element. Dont get into an investment , you can't sell or is liquid.... this last part might save your decision making. Many investment in african real estate are not so liquid as you may want. Best of luck on your dreams cheers

This type of video don’t get a lot of views but it doesn’t matter. This is created for selected few. By far this is the best Tayo’s video I’ve ever watched. Your videos inspire me a lot. I remember watching your video with NORD ceo and that furniture lady. I was so inspired and decided to start my own businesses. I am a corporate lawyer, I opened my own small corporate law firm and it has been growing steadily, we had a turn over of over 3 million naira last year. It maybe small but we are growing. We are already on course to surpass that this year. Now I have also started my own small fish farm and my God grace I know it will also grow. I remember you started with traveling videos but don’t stop making these kind of videos, they inspire young people to know that they too can establish something big. Yes the country is hard but if we work hard and stay focused, we will succeed. You don’t have to go into prostitution or internet fraud before you can make it.

Every young individual should definitely come here to watch this, bro! The knowledge being distributed is one in a million. These are things some people get to know at 40, 50, even 60! But thanks we have someone from Nigeria who has made that a goal. This is clear & pure awareness, if you ain't take the lessons, bro, what else?!

What a video man. For anyone reading this comment please just be kind to one another and do what brings you joy. As someone who also fell into the trap of living an empty life in an empty place, it’s not worth seeking validation. It’s ok to be scared but that leap of faith counts. I’m watching HIMYM right now and one of the main characters is saying that even if you think/know it’s a mistake, do it if it feels right because you never know. So rather than sit back and curse Nigeria(which is ok too because not all of us need to suffer) try and do little things that’ll help. Thank you Tayo and please more videos

Someone just said something so diminishing about me in public “in the presence of hundreds of people that look up to me & respect me” that made me helpless because I wasn’t giving a chance to even say a word. This made me feel so bad that I cried for hours. But then, I needed to come reply to my comment section on KZbin, then this video pop-up & made me understand how insignificant what she said or her opinion or better still what the audience believe is true about me. And now I’m smiling 😊 thanks a lot for sharing.

Lol. What HE said about “once they succeed, they seek comfort” - I mean, what do you expect after working so hard? Maybe people overdo it and lose track of things. Do whatever keeps you going and your creativity sharp hand functional. Different things motivate different people. Some people are inspired or motivated by a much calmer environment so yeah, I’m sure there’s a reason move to a much calmer and relaxing area to become a best version of themselves.
