With the stem category removed and CRS much above 500s , it technically(if not literally) seems that express entry is closed for many FSW candidates who do not have Canadian education or work experience. Unless of course, they have the time and funds to learn CLB 5 french.

Hello Kubeir sir, I just had one question, Would Healthcare category include all those candidates from Inside and outside Canada - work experience in those specific job codes? For example, Optometrists and Dentists are on the Healthcare category list- so would they count experience as an Optometrist/Dentist outside Canada? because as per my knowledge to become a Licensed Optometrist/Dentist in Canada one has to be a PR first. So naturally, they should count outside experience as an Optometrist/Dentist. Could you please clarify or confirm?

TBH its not about fair/unfair. Its always going to be as per the demands and needs of the labour market and how Canada chooses to align its programs accordingly. What I am saying may seem too blunt, however its important to understand the policies for what they are.

@AskKubeir yeah we do can understand the situation. But lets recap again. Three categories were dropped not bcz labor market changed but bcz they wanted to adjust CECs... To lower the CRS of cec, which was never achieved, you also mentioned that once in your stream once after those ATIP notes... C19 bill was all about the labor market needs in FSW and those 3 categories were market needs when 2024 was planned at the start... So just to let three categories go to adjust the other is UNFAIR to the policy which they once made themself... Hoping for the best in 2025...

@Kubeir, thank you for all you do. Have a question. In restoration period . Nov 2024 received refusal of pgwp extension. I stopped working on the same day Nov 20 . Next day employer put me on unpaid personal leave and Dec 10 when asked for an update on my vacation owning I was told only when I resigned then will be paid . I did on Dec 10 . They added the details on employment letter . Will this cause an issue when ITA received and getting approved?
