it is okay to be introvert or extrovert. Major way through which we can build connections is by attending events in colleges also outside colleges like workshops, hackathons etc..after 2,3 events you will become good friends with classmates and seniors..then you can build small conversations through doubts you have regarding any domain and slowly you will become well connected with them all the best
