I'm house maker or mere parents n inlaws bhi nhi hai help ke liye. 1 normal routine work Kitna aur kab se kar sakte hain house maker. 2 stairs kab se use kr sakte hain. 3 kab or kaise belt use kre. 4 traditional trike kitne shi hai 1 ajwain ki dhooni 2sikai 3vagina mein hawa Na Lage use clothes 4kan, sir bandho 5 40 din ghar me rho hwa n lge 6 40 use only warm water for everything. Don't touch normal water. 7 don't take bath daily. And how to care your self and newborn baby I need separate video for these topics also. @@nasarjiya9821 my also first after 8yrs. Pregnancy was so smoothe. No pains during and after ceasure. Everyone thought its a normal delivery. Also it was my 2nd spinal injection(1st at the time of laproscopy) no pain at all. Just be positive,strong.

डॉक्टर आप हर बात बहुत अच्छे से समझाती है।आपने यह भी बताया कि विदेशों में c section के बारे में ऑडिट होता है।लेकिन शायद हमारे देश मे ऑडिट नही होता है की क्यों c section हुआ। हमारे देश मे कुछ अन्य देशों के मुकाबले c section ज्यादा हो रहे हैं कृपया इस विषय पर एक वीडियो बनाइए। धन्यवाद

@guddimeena6611 doctor bina matlab ka jabardasti ceaserian karate hai. Muze kuchh problem nahi thi to labour pain shuru hone se pahle hi pichhe lagi. But Mera normal ho gaya. It means they do it for money purpose everyone knows. And I have so many examples where doctor ne ceaserian ka bola par patient ne mana kiya aur normal hua. Aur recently ek lady due to ceaserian apahis ho chuki hai

But honestly mam after watching your video now I am relaxed and will move forward for the same.
