OMG! I have pulled my hair hours now. I had created 2 forms: first with many, many fields by using supposition options like first and last name, address, zip code... Then after that form there is a form number two for cross sell! This form is having only email and one customized field. Okay! Everything works just fine as a test user. I also get email, because I have created an action. So me as a test user get email. Perfect! But the information from the form one is nowhere to find! Only the email and one customized field from the form two. I'm not sure YET, but after watching this video I got a feeling that I need to add ALL those fields to the form one as customized fields, because those supposition options are not working in this type of form. I must try immediately and I'm crossing my fingers that will help to solve this problem. I need all that information and it's nowhere to find if I use supposition fields. EDIT: NO! 😭 It's not working. I'm only able to get customized fields from the form two and email. Why it's not working for me as it worked in your care? Pets names and surfer info... And I was saving the form page and I deleted the test user and used incognito window for my new try. All other fields were customized except the email field... Originally this was just an empty "new_form" in my marketing funnel. This happens ONLY if I fill also the form two.... How on AND I was trying to fill only the first form and NOTHING show up to my leads and can't find them from All either. I'M DESPERATE!

I'm creating a form inside a marketing funnel where the prospects can submit questions. I already have them landing on a thank you page. But I want the info in the form to be sent to me via email. And in any case, I can't see the info anywhere. Where does it go? Thanks.

Could I add more fields to the sign up form? for example - phone number or physical address?

@@Zenler It doesnt allow me to add on the generic sign up form and I have no idea how to confirm password if I use the form builder - also can we make it so that once a person registers, they get a confirmation email in which they have to click a link to confirm their email ids - Could you please help with this - if this is already answered, then could you please provide me a link to the solutions - thanks in advance

@@BnDTV YOu would have to run that through Zapier to confirm an email address. But if you are sending them something and they do not receive it.

If I create an opt-in form and add a drop down element that includes two captions “A” and “B”, can I add different tags inside the funnel based on someone’s selection? I found that only one tag is allowed for the opt-in form so I just wanted to confirm. If this is the case, what are the possible features we can use to take advantage of the collected data from a drop down element?

yes just send them into a funnel and do a notification you can add people from a form in the submit gear icon settings, I have done videos on this also

Hi! I'm creating a form for students to post requests for topics. They are already students, so I don't want to create a funnel in order to get the emails with their requests. Is there any other way in which to get the information they submitted into my email. Otherwise, if I have to go to Zenler and check profile, I will forget. I need the information to get to me.
