Marion Libby. Art is Universal Language and I am so happy to be sharing this with the world.
Things I have learned on this journey
More than 90 percent of deaf children are born to hearing parents. How many deaf people are in the world?
Approximately 70 million and thats more then the total population for many many countries.
Is it OK to use the term “deaf-mute”, “deaf and dumb” or “hearing impaired” in reference to a deaf person who can’t talk?
No, it’s no longer an acceptable term.

sign language art lesson
Have fun Live with during this BEGINNER HOW TO PAINT art lesson in acrylic art tutorial. This is an easy, fun, social art lesson for canvas. We talk about art and other fun subjects. With help and guidance, anyone can paint. You can paint!
Want to see something? Just comment! Tell me what you'd like to paint, or what you want to know about art. This is YOUR art journey. Open your heart and access your art.
Acrylics are a fun and enjoyable painting medium. I prefer 'Creative Mark' brushes, and I use Liquitex heavy body acrylic paint, Matisse Derivan, and golden colors.
I love teaching people to paint in a supportive environment. Everyone deserves to have art in their lives and feel the joy that art can bring! Follow along and share your art journey with me! I look forward to hearing from you.

I never realized how painful they can be, and so draining. I love the war horse, I am sure my granddaughter will love this too. she is loving her art, and art in school. she has a great art teacher, which is unique. enjoy the rest of your weekend and thank you for all you do for us. arty hugs ginxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This has been a blast. I heavily enjoyed painting this one. I'm almost done. Will post in Angela's group when finished under the name Phoenix on FB, but getting to your "historical" comment on the painting of the horse, you're NOT that far off! Saw a Native American photo the other day on FB and it was pretty close to your markings that you chose. They did various designs around the eyes, hand prints on the front chest part of the horse and on the rear, they also put feathers in their manes, so you see, historically speaking, you did great without even knowing it! Great job! Thank you for this painting, I hope you do more Native American themed paintings in the future.

Cinnamon. I want to do this so much. I have to finish my still life. So hard to force myself to restrain. So very hard and that darn buffalo is just standing there waiting for me. I used to lay down a lot. I can not do that so much cause my easel is yelling . Come to me...come to me..thank goodness I can still do it at my time. You are so wonderful. Really wonderful and don't 🛑 stop talking. Your words are so full of information. Tell those people who complain to 👂 listen cause while they are complaining they are missing important information.

I LOVE this painting and I think having Marion there was so thoughtful and she did a marvelous job hanging in there for two hours! I thought this painting stood out from the crowd and I had actually been wanting to paint an native American pony for a long time so this tutorial was wonderful! theartsherpa i am almost done with the painting but the face is kind of a fail so i have to just paint that part white and paint over it and then i can start on the native american details. imma call him Rebel because Rebel Wilson is my favorite actrice and in my painting he is rearing so i thought it'd fit. plus the native amercian features make him feel like a rebel too.

I love this! I just finished mine last night. One thing I’m struggling with is the mane. For some reason, my paint thins out too much at the end of my stroke. I noticed yours did too, but not nearly as bad as mine did. I have quality paint, brushes and canvas. I guess I may just need to practice more. I have a tendency to make the strokes to wavy and it just looks odd. Anyway, I’m going to keep watching your fantastic tutorials and get better as I go along! I love the way you teach!!

I really enjoy all of the painting tutorials that you provide. Thank you very much. I have only painted 6 paintings using KZbin tutorials. I do have a request. Would you be able to keep the camera on the paintings more, and angle it so we can see you paint instead of your hand which covers the actual strokes of your brush. I do appreciate all that you are doing. Your work is beautiful and fun. I also appreciate that you show the way to mix the paint colors. Thank you very much.

Love your tutorials, they are wonderful! Have to let you know however, a Paint is a BREED of horse, a PINTO is a color of horse! There is also a Pinto horse registry, as long as a horse has the color markings (whether they are 2 or 3 colors) they can be any breed and be registered in that particular registry. :)

Question. If I were to do the pony in a brown and white, what color would you recommend as the back? Since the pony would be more of a warm tone, would you then want maybe a colder tone in back?

+theartsherpa I would love to paint on leather, i.e. my drum! and of course the indian pony would be perfect, I am enjoying watching your video's as often as I can, I'm determined to have a go on canvas. :-)

Quick question. ... I am painting the pony now and realized I do not have cad hue. Well I have Deep cad in Liquitex Basic (but I normally paint pro if its going on a canvas) I do want my grandson's hand print on the pony. So do I use Nap. red, or the liquitex basic? And would I use the same red in all area's of the painting? As I am typing this out this seems like such a repeated question and I should know the answer... but I think my left brain is trying to say this is the rules you have set and now you do not have the right color and trying to shut me down. I just love this pony and I know I am putting too much pressure on myself because I want it to hang in the living room. So deep breath, drop the pressure and be flexible is what I am telling myself.

+Barbara Vogt I would say pick your favorite bright red hue. Either is fine as a red and also for painting on your grandsons hand. You are good

Cinnamon~ If you wanted to sub the blue areas for teal and the black spots for brown would you change your background color? Any recommendations? I'm wanting a brown and white horse with teal, red, and yellow. Thank you, Cari
