Good review Frank. Any possibility you could throw the unit in the freezer for a while and see if it works any differently? Curious if it would work well for trail riding on my snowmobile.

Useful review, thanks. I'm getting the S1 today, was just wondering about the real on-the-road differences compared to the z1/f1 units, the FM radio on the s1 is a good plus for me.

I really like their products, I felt they were better than Cardo. I thought the Z1 was top of the line, not the F1? The one I have will only hook up to 1 other unit and I am looking for the one that hooks up to several which is why I am looking to upgrade. Speakers were excellent as was the mic, quick charge and noise cancelling, at least on mine. Again, great product.

Hello Mike, ASMAX sent me the F1 and the Z1, and stated the F1 is the top of the line. (For now, another model is coming). The only difference in the FZ1 / Z1 I found was a slightly smaller battery. Thank you for stopping by and commenting! - Frank
