A 'Paris Brest' is a french pastry made using choux (same dough you use for cream puffs) but the origin of this pastry was that it was traditionally baked to celebrate the cycling race from Paris to Brest. Hence the name! Also, the shape of the pastry is supposed to resemble a bicycle wheel. However, the filling for a Paris Brest is different (it has hazelnuts and caramel and chocolate I think) so I guess this is just that bakery's version of the dessert

I love this video! I love cream puffs. I need to stop at my bakery for some on Friday! I always enjoy them with milk. I had them a few weeks ago. I bought 6 and these were really dense and pretty big and I ate all 6 that day. 3 after lunch and 3 after dinner! Lol I kept yelling at the screen saying, “eri, don’t drop any cream! The cream in a Paris-Brest is suppose to be Praliné. There isn't any strawberries in an original one. But what you have has the same shape and same idea (choux dough + cream)

It depends on the amount of food I consume in the video. Most of the times, and especially when I eat savory foods, it’s enough for the day so I don’t eat anything else. But when I eat sweets I’ll have to eat a little bit of savory food too during the day.
