This is the first time that I have seen a non-Asian use the chopsticks so well. Most hold their chopsticks in the middle. In Japan, people who hold their chopsticks at the ends (not those who pinch food, of course) are considered to be the most distinguished.

Hey girl im binge watching. Lol Yes korean noodles r very very spicey. Like u, i have zero toleance for spice. When i get these noodles. I have to get as mild flavor as possible. and its still to spicy. So when i make these i use but a smidge of the sauce. Then i doctor it with my own stuff. Instead of cooking it with water i use milk. If i have cream cheese. Sometimes ill add that in. Or just regular cheese . the other trick that helps spice. Is the fried egg. Which is weird. The version thats the least spicy. Is the cheese ones. Id think ud like those. 😉 anyway happy new years my friend. Hope u and pedro had a great weeknd.
