@Leisure They are going after content creators because that is what KZbin wanted. KZbin tried to find a way they dont have to do anything, and push all the responsibility to the creators. The FTC agreed to that system. It would be very easy for youtube to end this problem right now: Mandatory account to use KZbin and a working age verification system. Or they could stop using personalized ads.

@@bomber9912 well. Parents can't be with them 24/7 yes, but they shouldn't let their kids use the parents' account to use any content (not just KZbin) that is not suitable for kids. And for KZbin side, Google, Facebook and many other social network platforms or whatever should require an official ID or somewhat similar thing for the account creation. There are tons of kids with fake account - which is faked as 20 y.o etc - watching some gory shits.
