The fact that Linus and Steve both got PCs with issues, that far apart, shows that the likelihood of your PC having issues from Starforge is pretty high. This is actually a really positive review. You need to add a 3 minute (or less) process to your QC to rectify these minor issues. A little training to your team and you are good to go. There tends to be a lot of "hurry up!" when building systems like you are. Just slow down a tiny bit and the minor issues in GN's review disappear completely.

You are paying a whole lot of extra money to have a pc built badly, and often times being severely overcharged for the same components if you had bought them separately. "But idk about computers or how to put them together!" Assembling a modern computer is stupidly easy, with all of the manuals and install videos online--honest to god it's not like building an engine. Its all labelled and very simple. Or if you really don't want to build it yourself, just buy the components separate, save a load of money, and just find a local PC store--they will easily and happily assemble all the parts together into a working PC for you, for far, FAAAR less money than you'd be paying Starforge or another company to do so.
