Regarding the Mr. Beast illegal lottery thing i highly suggest watching LegalBytes video on it, she's a lawyer and does a full breakdown with clips from Mr. Beast stream and gives her opinion on it, but in short the only part that might be illegal from his lotteries is when Mr. Beast is on camera and says stuff like "if you buy something in the next 30 seconds someone will get a ps5 with their order, he says this multiple times with different prizes and the problem with this is that there needs to be a no purchase necessary clause, obviously when he says buy in the next 30 seconds he is implying the only way to get a prize is by buying merch and with no no purchase necessary clause makes this illegal
