I have been watching all his raids and streams. He isn't getting carried anymore. He is learning mechanics. He has also been using his rotations. Those ppl are just trolls. It takes a while to get the hang of a class. You don't just get it right away.

He has multiple players on his groups who've cleared Ultimates. Most(almost all) pugs don't get players anywhere near that. Perhaps he's not getting carried, strictly speaking, but as the raid leader he clearly isn't aware of dozens of mechanics and isn't calling them out or instructing them yet his groups do them correctly. Not only do they do the mechanics right, they deal massive dps, far higher than you'd find in most PUGs. So yeah while it's true that he strictly speaking isn't getting carried, it also is true that he has ridiculously good groups, far better than your random PUGs.

@@shayukilol8887 part of the fault there lies in ARR boss design. The tank really just doesn’t have anything to do besides occassionally tank swapping and their own rotation. Tbf, the boss design was balanced for when stance dancing(to maintain enmity and damage) and TP management were still a thing. But yeah, it does make tanks kinda awkward nowadays. I sorta agree with the PUGs part, but you still had a decent amount of veterans appearing when you run by PF over DF. DF for most people will only bring pain.

@@shayukilol8887 when you do party finders you're mostly going to find more competent players than ones in the duty finder, regardless if your a big streamer or not, does that mean every person in XIV is being Carried for using the party finder? people make farm parties and lock the il to the highest of the current tier I'd argue that's being carried far more than a min ilvl no echo group

Should he vet every player who joins his party and ask for full disclosure on hours played, every dungeon/raid they've completed and every character played, to ensure none of them have done it before? (Any group could have any variety of players, you're looking at his parties in a vacuum and cherry picking because he has a couple of legends in there) Should he know everything about fights before partaking, making the learning process moot and unenjoyable? (Oh wait, then he'd clear them faster and get called out even more) He has gone to every possible effort to make his experience as tough as he can in order to achieve an authentic sense of accomplishment, and rather than applauding that you criticize and condemn based on factors mostly outside of his control, and that frankly hold little weight
