It's funny that Tristan Tate IN the documentary said to Andrew that doing it was a bad idea, He also said its going to be a hit piece and make them look bad and that's exactly what happened.
@topspot4834
@topspot4834 Жыл бұрын
True, but Andrew also realizes the attention and money he'll get from that hit piece will far outweigh and negatives that might arise ... looks different now, but it's not like this led to his arrest or anything. If he was still free he'd have already responded to it 20 times and there'd be a million different videos about it.

It doesnt matter They knew it was a hit piece obviously, it's vice! But it doesn't matter, he has legions of fans to pump his power. And if what I heard was true, he's only gonna get a few months in prison So he will be out soon and be back to slaying, I would assume he will leave Romania though My comment shouldn't be taken as endorsing or supporting AT, just saying it like it is.

People calling Asmon a pussy for not wanting to fight have never been in a real fight before. His concern is real, the injuries you get are very real, I've been knocked out before and it takes days to get over the concussion when or if you wake up. I have permanent ligament & nerve damage in my right hand and a couple scars here and there from professional and unprofessional fights. It's fun to walk out of a fight with blood on your lip and a shiner the first few times, but after a few more you realize that you could die or have your life changed in one wrong fall or one bad punch. I'm lucky to not have any life altering injuries, and I'd like to keep it that way.

@MrXMysteriousX
@MrXMysteriousX Жыл бұрын
100% agree. Had a few concussions myself from my time in kickboxing, as a medic and Rugby player and you are totally correct that avoiding fights/hits to the head etc doesn't make you weak. The concussions I've had have led to me having poor memory, sleep issues and at times, I mumble and stammer as though I'm an idiot when in reality I'm quite verbose and, whilst I'm no Einstein, can keep up in relatively high levels of scientific discussion. Luckily my typing is somewhat still OK. I still maintain learning martial arts can be a net positive in terms of teaching focus, responsibility, restraint and is a good outlet for aggressive behaviour, provided you can control it within the safety of the dojo, but this wasn't that and anyone who is diving into a ring with professionals with zero training to prove "they are a real man" has deep issues beyond just needlessly exposing themselves to danger. Ultimately, it really is the case that one single hard strike can kill if it disrupts the hearts beat (like what happened to that one athlete recently) or blow to the head can cause a blood clot, leading to a aneurism, brain damage, comas and sometimes death. I doubt the men who did fight and were OK really learned anything of substance, probably only gaining the rush of the adrenaline high. Sadly they were finessed out of 5k and goaded into a pointless fight and (probably) had a good time with Tates abused women- none of that makes you a real man, just a fool.

Tbh, Andrew Tate probably rose up in fame, despite being a shitstain of a human being, is probably because society has disconnected from men, in general. Lot of men today are going through shit and nobody really taught them how to handle it. And most of them feel lost. And if anybody says anything that even remotely resonates with them, they will follow. I think this all could all be avoided if only men would be recognized and atleast attempted to be understood.

Something I find extremely ironic about Andrew Tate is that he claims to believe in traditional gender roles where the man supports the woman and she doesn't have to work, but he also forces his girlfriends to work to and support him. ''rules for thee, not for me'' it's tribalism, in a word his supporters are on his side, ride or die, no amount of him admitting to anything will get them to budge, or convince them that he is toxic goods, and some think he should be mandatory listening for boys as young as 10 (the very early age demographic his spiel targets) so they an be ''alpha men''. (ew) when the die hards try and convince the real world that he's worth a damn they get a gold medal in mental gymnastics trying to justify their support, despite any and all evidence that shows he's not worth a second's more airtime. That's when a few outcomes can occur: 1) those on the fence either get pulled in by a tiktok, social media or YT trend, and become the former in whole or in part 2) those who find out about him, look into him and find him repulsive, marking them as among those who keep away from his vibes, but might keep tabs on him just to keep up with the new ''agenda'' he spouts, just in case someone tries to convert hem 3) those who find him disgusting already know what type of person he is and only keep tabs on him as a warning, and go into videos expecting him to say some ''fucked up repugnant shit'', almost as a form of confirmation bias. 4) like 3, but those who go in with a ''prove me wrong/please don't prove me right'' attitude, giving him a chance to win them over, and then going to either (1) or (3) depending on the outcome personally i was completely unaware of who this guy was until maybe a few months ago, and what i heard was a troll crying out for memes and likes, and i felt very...uneasy, he gave me a bad vibe, from his attitude to his wording, and his insistence on always wanting to ''win'' the discussion, rather than be right, so the more i heard the less i liked, and then this whole episode in romania kicks up....let's just say i'm glad i didn't hitch my cart to his wagon.

It's interesting you say that, because I find the opposite to be true. On the subject of self improvement, in general, you'll find generic advice & the same basic takes all over the place. Tate, on the other hand, has a unique take on self improvement, mindset, self discipline, etc. In that realm I find him to have more novel ideas than anyone else I've discovered, I put his information on par with the Atomic Habits book as far as how much positive change it has made in my life. His political & social takes are more common & not the reason I listen to him, it's the self improvement, mindset & discipline takes. Can you point me to other sources that have novel mindsets & ways of operating in the world, how to discipline yourself, your body, your mind, etc, because that is why I listen to this guy.

@@GabrielBacon His attitude about self-determination, self-improvement, pushing your own back, being healthy and fit, and being your biggest motivator/self-advocate is basic stuff I have heard from my mother, stepfather, parents, teachers, instructors, bosses, coworkers, and from drill sgts, supervisors, and officers in the military for years. I’ve never considered looking into self help gurus or books for advice, because there have always been people around me who I either listen to, ask, or observe for help/advice. Some people give the most help by just showing you what not to do. I bet because there is such a big industry around influencers selling a lifestyle and a brand, and since the self-help industry predates even the modern influencer environment as we know it, it would be very easy to find someone online who pushes the same basic stuff that anyone in your life should’ve been able to show you/teach you, but in a consumable package without any of the baggage. What’s funny is that I’ve noticed that in Tate’s rhetoric so much of his rhetoric involves pushing others down to heighten himself up, claiming that because he has all do these material possessions he’s the most qualified to speak on success. Nvm that I’ve met literally dozens of not hundreds of hard working people with the 10x the work ethic, honest work ethic, but because they don’t have this flashy lifestyle that speaks to disgruntled men and adolescent kids they’re dismissed. Listen to your coworkers, listen to your parents, your neighbors, listen to women. Being a “man” or being a “woman” isn’t a qualifier for knowledge, and often times being a good man or woman is just synonymous with being a good person, a responsible adult, and a productive member of society.

The stories about how women's lives are affected are unfortunately true, and it's hard to grasp the sort of influence tate has on these people unless you're personally involved in these situations. My sister has been married for about three or four years, and together with him for about 8 or so years. They had three kids together, and he seemed like such a genuinely nice guy. But he did start watching Tate, and he grown to become so much more insecure. He would constantly tell her to do things, and lecture her if she wasn't doing it perfectly. Unfortunately, this was just the start, though. He took their car, and she had no way of making money or any vehicle so she had no way of leaving. He also took the kids, and told them horrible things about her, all while spoiling them, making her kids turn against her. His insecurity lead him to do much worse things too, like start dating one of her kid's friend's mom, and things are getting extremely messy. This is an active situation, and she's already considered taking her own life. Please stop minimalizing the effect andrew tate has on people. I'll admit. I got sucked into the whole Andrew Tate stuff and listened to a lot of his podcasts along with the others that surrounded him like Fresh and Fit, Sneako, and similar other channels and content. But I realized how bad this thinking was becoming, I could never support his cheating remarks but agreed with a lot of the other stuff and considered much of the other ridiculous comments to just be satire and not to be taken too seriously. But despite that I knew that what he was saying, though with points of truth, was problematic and harmful for my perspective on women and my self worth as a man. Andrew Tate does not promote good healthy relationships between men and women and does not promote what should be considered as an honorable man. Sadly this is really effecting a very negative mindset on guys. And what it really comes down to is I believe a lust issue. Andrew is a prideful lustful man that is simply encouraging other men's problem surrounding this for his own gain. Men are beaten down by their inability to control themselves when it comes to their sexual desires towards women, maybe externally they can, but internally they have desires that if acted upon would be damaging. Andrew is simply brainwashing and encouraging the youth and men in general in a direction that seems to be masculine, but has the most disgusting traits of masculine behavior when not under control by reason.

Andrew Tate.... Well thank you for the intro😅. There are a few things I think Andrew is overlooking. Top of that list is how his message can have massive negative impacts largely because the small details and specifics that in the general message of things .. It's not a good thing for his messages to be disseminated to a mass audience that will take what they want to see and make somthing bad of it. The community will allow and support and reinforce small deviations of his basic message. It's all too easy to take his views and take it just a little step to far.

@@ricardvs7329 I agree with you on this. I just disagree with generalization and first statement. There are some men, who have had bad experience with trash and toxic women and they made decision to note date anymore. They do take responsibility for they action, but also, they don't date because women are trash and that is not their fault. In your first message you tried to show hypocrisy, but it is not necessary there!

The way you're talking about Andrew's take on women, its as though there was never this book that came out 10 years ago called Fifty Shades of Grey.

I had a cousin who followed his thinking religiously for 2 years. His inability to maintain a relationship drove him to suicide. The behavior didn't work for him because he wasn't super rich so the women he dated had no reason to take that crap off him. HE was always a bit like this anyway, Tate just pushed him into the mindset further.

As a woman it's truly refreshing to hear a man say that. I don't think I've ever heard a dude actually say out loud his exact words that there is way to many dudes out there that want to and do hit women and it gets swept under the rug. Us women scream it every day. My whole life has been impacted by abuse. I'm scared of everything and everyone because of it and when you been in it you see it in a lot of people. Men are way to comfortable joking around and supporting abuse and acting on it. They get slaps on the wrist meanwhile I gotta go to therapy just so my bf can touch me without me crying.

The highest levels of abuse, statistically, are between lesbian couples. While straight couples experience abuse in some form 26% of the time, 40% of lesbians and 61% of bisexual women in a lesbian relationship admitted experiencing abuse. The lowest numbers came from men in gay relationships I'm sorry for what happened to you, all abuse is awful. Please try not to just say man/woman though, it's not tackling the big issue, abuse happens to both sexes, and by both sexes sadly and needs to be taken seriously by everyone. Really hope you manage to heal, and never experience anything like it again

Yep. I actually typed out a long story and discarded it. I feel the basically the same. I understand that if there were a focus group to do market research on my life, enough of them would mention the word "loser" to produce a conclusive result. I definitely was attracted to decisive sounding role models like him when I was not much younger than I am now. I wish I had my shit together a little more so that I could step up and offer the support I was looking for at those ages. Lol, no zoomer is going to look at my stereotypically dismal millennial life and think "mentor".
