I started medication for ADHD and for anxiety/depression a handful of months ago and I have gotten significantly better. I finally feel I'm in control of my life and I never felt that way before. Keep learning about yourself and speaking with doctors because the majority of these issues are certainly anxiety related!!

A year ago I started saying to myself after eating that I can spend 5 seconds to wash my plate now or I can spend 5 minutes to wash it tomorrow. This reduced my unwashed dishes a lot. I used to have lots unwashed dishes and I washed them at weekend. Now I leave dishes there only if I cook something more complex, which takes multiple different plantes and bowls. This has made my kitchen look and smell much better and I don't get annoyed when I enter there and see that work which needs to be done.

Thank you for this year, i really love your videos, your style of asmr is incredible❤ I wish you a happy New Year and may 2025 be better than 2024!! My 2024 was…. ehmm… kinda rough. It started off in a toxic friendship that took like 90% of my time and my thoughts, and then in April I discovered my new passion for cosplaying and conventions and I met my wonderful girlfriend. She taught me a lot about how a healthy relationship should look like, and I started seeing how toxic that friendship really was. My friend also noticed it and we decided to break the contact, because we just weren’t good for each other. It was really hard and now the time I was friends with her feels just like a crazy fever dream. But right now I know that I have an amazing partner, loving family, I’m surrounded with nice people who share my passion and I’m in therapy (I had a very long depressive episode this year bc of said friendship). I’m feeling more free now and I’m rediscovering myself. Okay, that’s enough ranting. This year was tough, but I’m ending it with an optimistic view for the next year. Hope yall have a good night❤
