I’m having a bad night so I’m returning to this video for some comfort. It’s midnight here. My feet are sore from walking all day and I can’t sleep. It gets harder to cope the older I get. Anyone any tips on handling fear and anxiety?

I talk to myself a lot. When there is no one there to talk to or to go to for comfort, i've learned to find it in myself. I'll ask myself questions like "what's going on?" "Why are you feeling this way?" "What are some ways i can help you?" And ill validate my own feelings, and let myself know that no matter what happens everything WILL be okay. It helps me with clarity regarding my anxiety and helps bring perspective to any situation that spikes my anxiety. Anxiety attacks I let pass, and if I am having to wait until im in a secluded space i make sure to focus on one thing and describe it simply while controlling my breathing. Hope this helps! I usually talk to myself in the mirror (:
