Your experiences are not universal, neither are your triggers. I don’t even care for that kind of asmr but just because it doesn’t work for me, doesn’t make it not asmr. Asmr isn’t defined by the style of making videos, it’s literally just anything that can trigger the response in your brain that causes that tingling feeling.
