i have always listened to rain sounds to sleep but recently i have been listening to this every night instead. im a light sleeper and sometimes wake up frequently and have trouble falling back asleep. i dont when i play this video, and it runs so long that its always playing no matter when i wake up. it has really helped my sleep quality which is priceless with my busy schedule. i wanted to tip you to say thank you.

12 hours is like watching a series, it's going to take all week every night to finish this. Incredible. Edit* I think this is a perfect combo, it is both slow hand movements and sounds of waves combined. However, the greatest part is that depending on what people need, they can skip to the 11 hour mark and listen to 1 hour before it's done, or they can skip to 6 hours and listen most of the night they sleep. Or they can do the long haul of 12 and listen to a few hours to decompress and unwind before falling asleep then subconsciously hear it all night as they rest. This one will probably be my favorite for awhile.
