Together with your lovely voice, this is a perfect video to watch before you go to sleep or if you are studying, drawing or just trying to relieve stress. Perfect job Lauren♥️. Lauren, Monday’s 2 hour Sleep Clinic was definitely one of my favorite long sleep clinic videos you've done along with the previous one! You really made me feel so warm and comforted! 😊The bedtime story was even more comforting with those forest background sounds! And the positive affirmations with the face caressing was also so lovely! I loved the fire background noise with that also! Very symbolic of the warmth you provide yourself! 🥰 And of course, your singing was gorgeous :). I’m especially happy you included “You Are My Sunshine.” Would love it if you included it more! All that combined with the darker lighting and outfit really made me feel comforted and were my favorite aspects of the video. I also found the questions quite relaxing, and reiki is always lovely. As for the triggers, besides my usual favorites, I really loved two other triggers in the video. First was that plastic bad with the red gel or beads (Whatever that was lol, it was at 1:02:00 in the video) and the other was the pen (Tapping on it, brushing it on the mics, and opening and closing it). Both of those were relaxing and tingly for me. Even got a few unexpected tingles down my back for those! You worked very hard and stayed up very late to make this video, and it’s definitely paid off! You made a really fantastic video Lauren! Thank you very much! PS: That diffuser is beautiful! Tho we got a glimpse of it in the CM vid (And of course I did prior), I wasn’t quite sure what the light pattern would look like before tbh. Really love it now that I’ve seen it!!!

Oh so you're off to Charles I and Princess Zita, my last train ride was on The Avalanche Express and you can tell by the name that it was quite the trip. Not one I'll be taking again soon. I know that this is ASMR and it's supposed to be calming and quiet, BUT it would've been funny as hell to have a Yeti pop up in the window as the train is speeding along. I really liked this one, well acted and attention to detail was awesome.

Great vid lauren, any chance you could do a detailed long eye exam dr rp similar to luana asmr's 1 hour eye exam special. Of course in your own way but something simalar would be awesome. I like this one as im not a big fan of questionare at the start. Prefer a simple "i see you have our questionary and all is in order and there no changes in you medical history, so lets begin". Happy Wave-Duality Wednesday Lauren! I’m still playing catch-up with finishing your vids since I’m still finding myself falling asleep in the middle, so let’s just say the 2 hour sleep clinic video is going to be a real challenge. I’m going to be out for my birthday for the majority of the day and evening, but I wanted to drop a comment just thanking you for the content as always. Usually I like to have big get togethers with a lot friends, but I haven’t been able to do so this year and the last due to the pandemic. So this year I’ll just be keeping it calm and will be enjoying some time with myself and a small group. So far I woke up and headed to a place and got a really large breakfast. For lunch I stopped by at a place right on the ocean. I really wanted to go for a walk on the beach, however, unfortunately it’s raining today so that spoiled things. Tonight I’ll be heading to my favorite French restaurant and will be chilling and spending some time with family and friends.

I went on vacation to California via train it was a 3 day trip boring as hell had a cool guy next to me on the 3 day trip back who was cool to talk to. Can’t imagine going through a trip in 1920 Without anything to distract me A piano and someone like you to talk to would have been a major help
