Partially: You would not have plants in semi-sterile environments, nor the kind of fabric furniture as a desk seat, nor a room divider like that (to difficult to clean well). Another thing, at least for me as a Dutch person, the purple-ish robe is also uncommon where I live, but other than that this could be a regular general practitioner visit in my country (yearly screenings like most ASMR video's feature are uncommon in the Netherlands, so that's not something I know about, you visit them when you are suffering from a problem that they might know about or send you through to a specialist). General practitioners here typically wear their normal clothes, and you also don't have to dress in those hospital-gown thingies (something that tends to confuse American expats a lot) for anything, nor does the doctor leave the room first only to then come back. As for the gynecology exam, the examination table here has the parts where you rest your legs in permanently attached, and is in the same semi-sterile room where the general practitioner's assistent administers certain shots (like the ones meant to desensitize your response to hayfever, or when I had 2 birth marks taken out of my back, same table). (As for the pap-smear thing, I know there are at-home testkits here, so that might look like one, other than that, can't comment on it, never had one, probably never will)

Birth control as a whole can be a wide range in the U.S, but you will usually have people refer to different forms of contraception as a singular. For instance, condoms are just called condoms, not contraceptives. Many times people refer to the contraceptive pill as simply “the pill”. Hope this helps you understand America a bit better!

In some cases it is literally to make sure that the doctor has heard it right. I have had a doctor write down something wrong and it was because I heard the doctor repeat what they supposedly heard me say that I was able to correct them.

I got one when I went to school to be a medical assistant and one I got from Walmart when I bought a blood pressure kit. However that being said she is more than likely a medical professional in some way but as for her videos they are all just skits
