There's so many triggers, anything can be a trigger. Take your time and have fun going through different sounds and visuals you'll be surprised by what you like. And listen to different people because one specific trigger, like tapping can be wildly different from person to person. There's even role-playing ones like boyfriend, vampire, etc.

As someone who enjoys school a lot and spent a whole school year memorizing the globe and geography enough to draw the world from memory, watching this video is comforting for some reason. I guess it just reminds me of old homeschooling memories that I had a lot of fun with which was a while ago. :D

Here’s a little tip for tracing on paper, if you paper clip the edges together it makes the picture very clear and it won’t slide around and make you lose your place Edit: I commented this before I saw you putting on paper clips😅
