We are social creatures, being vulnerable, talking it out really does help heal our wounds. Online therapy really does make it so easy to do. Or open up to a close friend or family member. Good luck, you are worthy of love and acceptance, don't worry about others judgments, just try your best, and be your own best friend. Imagine if everyone only saw the best in you?
