I just set it on loop, put on my CPAP mask and forget it as I listen and slowly feel myself relax and drift into la la land. If I roll over,I’m slightly awakened and I listen to your video until again I slowly drift to sleep again. 😴 thanks.

Hello! Your videos really help me to fall asleep at night or to calm down when I'm stressed. I have insomnia and an anxiety disorder so I tend to be awake super super late in the night with racing thoughts. ASMR really helps me to calm down and clear my mind. I found your channel not too long ago but about a week give or take. Your videos are so laid back and natural and I love them. They don't feel uptight or uncomfortable. It's purely just calm. Not overly edited, not a lot of sounds all at once, just calm. So yeah thank you so much you've really helped me

I love your so realistic, I have extreme insomnia so use asmr as not a visual tool but for a vocal aide. This is not saying I like this but the over tapping, scrunching , make up tool noises for too long can put me back to square one!!! I hope this is no offence but it my truth!! x
