I use coconut oil to cook with, to me it is more sweet than savory but to me it is healthy to add to veggies, chicken and fish. It is yummy and also coconut water is very refreshing and healthy also!

Totalmente relajante. Si fuera yo pediría que se centre en dar el masaje en piernas pies y manos, aunque todo el cuerpo no estaría nada mal ahhh!! Y pediría un masaje de 2 horas. En 2022 estuve en un centro de masaje en Madrid donde pedí en manos y pies y fue verdaderamente fantástico. Lo malo es que vivo a 2 horas y media del centro de masaje y no he podido volver. Nice to meet you my friend. I only recently came across a comment in which you asked how you got better regarding your last bout of depression. KZbin has hidden that comment. I've never done that before. 😅 Anyway, speaking from my experience, First of all, you need professional help. A typical example is medicine. This should be taken as the basis and treatment should proceed. There is no reason to turn away the help of modern medicine. I also received professional help from the hospital. But in my case, what helped me more dramatically than the professional help of my doctors was quality sleep. I emphasize this again. Quality sleep. It dramatically helps our brains and emotions when they become off-balance and wandering. It's truly surprising. For good sleep, you need moderate exercise, good eating habits, and adequate sun. Be sure to take care of yourself so you can study and get a good night’s sleep. Surprisingly, most of our emotional problems begin with physical problems. If you are sick and not feeling well, your emotions and brain will naturally feel anxious. I think quality sleep is most important for comfortable relaxation. Sleep is an incredibly important part of our lives. But most of us don't seem to know how important sleep is.❤️❤️

My husband gives our child massages about 3 to 4 times a week. I think it has a very good effect on a child's emotional and physical development. Because humans feel love through skinship. Of course, it seems that children feel more love and comfort from their parents through Mazashi. And stimulating the area where the growth plate is gathered is good for the child's growth. I think giving mazashi to your child is a really good thing. It's the best gift.👍👍

Je comprends tout à fait votre avis. Ce serait fantastique si tous les thérapeutes travaillant dans un salon de massage avaient la meilleure passion et les meilleures compétences. Les thérapeutes ont tous des conditions physiques différentes et ont des attitudes différentes à l'égard de leur travail. Je veux aussi toujours rencontrer uniquement les meilleurs thérapeutes. Mais ce n'est pas le cas dans la réalité. Sur 10 voyages de tournage, je pense que 2 à 3 seront des expériences satisfaisantes.☺️

I would definitely go for this kind of body massage. ❤ firstly, the massage therapist does not conform to the regular therapist. I am rather broad built and plump so a skinny person would be using their 'bones' or certain tools (as they don't have the strength) to massage me leaving my body covered in bruises. secondly, the therapist used coconut oil which is one of the best options for body massages, aromatherapy is great but honestly too much importance is emphasized on smell and not the actually massage technique which is to relax or calm the body. finally, i like the therapist technique she did not rush nor use any fancy sticks or funny gadgets except for that glass iron thing used at the beginning of the massage. she used physical strength and she was really massaging not just tapping or rubbing oil into the skin. Este, i remember a comment in your video where you said there was a massage therapist whom gave nice butt massages but you would go back to get the full deal as the current was on video, could you not have the entire body massage done but edit out the parts that you feel are too intimate? instead of having to go multiple times just for the specific reason of not wanting certain massage method on video? great video as always 🥰
