So while I can't follow the breathing pattern you do, I am obsessed with how you count it. The lack of pauses, and the consistency of the count is so so hypnotic and it puts me in such a relaxed state immediately. The fact that you are also following along with it simultaneously is also incredible as I tend to get more tingles from the whisper to soft spoken switching and speaking while inhaling. Anyway all that to say THANK YOU

Departure episode 2 was an absolute game changer for ASMR. It literally blew everything else away and changed ASMR forever. I'm gutted she didn't carry on with it. I still watch it sometimes now

I avoided Departure for years because it didn't sound like something that would interest me. I finally gave in because I love Ally and immediately regretted not watching them sooner all the while crossing my fingers that we'd get a conclusion despite at the time it being 5ish years after 2 had come out.
