I know itll be extra costs but maybe try some soundproof baffles on yours and her walls and then you can play the white noise and not have it bleed into your mics. But also I dont think the majorty of your viewers would mind white noise. People dont expect the background to be completely silent, its not realistic. Its good enough that you are even trying to record with a baby.
