Whenever I would get my hair done I would feel like I would need to be "on" and entertaining and it's exhausting. The best part is getting your hair washed and dried though because there is no talking over the water or blow dryer. I live for those minutes, lol. Also, even your tapping is masterful. I feel like each tapping sounds like a different pitter patter of rain drops and is so soothing!

I have had the same hairdresser since before I started school (5 years old). When I was younger my family would go to her salon all together, my 4 siblings didn’t love getting their hair cut but i loved it so much. I would fall asleep whereas the other kids would whine and be scared. She knows that I love getting my hair brushed & cut without the typical hairdresser chit chat. It is so lovely whenever i go there, no small talk, no blabber, just straight to the point!

Chronically Unique I know how you feel. I went through a terrible breakup last year that left me deeply depressed, broke, almost homeless and all by myself in a foreign country that I had just moved to. My worst nightmare had come to life, I had been abandoned by the one person who knew all of my fears and struggles and who had promised to always be by my side. Today I am so glad that I didn‘t give in to the dark side. You‘re not alone in your heartbreak!
