Watching your channel is incredibly healing for me. Seeing your daughter and you enjoy each other's presence, listening to each other and bonding. You can see from Melissa's face how calm she is by your presence and your touch. I could never imagine doing this with my mom, since I even tense up when she hugs me or kisses me. When I watch your videos, it gives me hope that one day I'll get to give the maternal love I rarely got.

Hi Fern! I can't seem to find the first pressure point. Is it more near the ear or the begining of the neck?

It is sometimes easier if you look at the back of someone else’s head. There is a thick muscle group running down the middle of the neck. Place thumbs either side of this and level with the bottom of the ear and you should feel an indent between the ear and the muscle on either side. Please use a reference picture as a visual as that may help you. if you get stuck just look up Gall Bladder 20 or Wind Pool and there will be images for you to follow. 😊
