Not that it matters much but just so you know! Everyone has an adam's apple! It's not a sex based characteristic, even though it does tend to be more prominent in men and less so in women. But men without obvious ones and women with more prominent ones do exist! Don't be insecure about it :)

Technically, yes and no. While everyone has a pocket in their throat for vocal cords, which a larger pocket for a deeper voice is what causes an Adams Apple, it’s the actual bump on the throat that is the adams apple, so if there isn’t a bump, you don’t have one But men with higher pitched voices might not have one and women with lower pitched voices might have one, so yeah, it’s not really sex based but not everyone has one
