After too much time spent typing, I found myself with claw-hand that lasted a day. Fortunately this kind of therapy is something you can easily do on yourself in between visits to the therapist. I think it is a good idea that every time you go to type, you should do a warm up hand exercise before starting, and then something afterwards to relax. Is there any kind of self-care demonstration you could give?
