Thank you for this video, Mary. Your Aldi hauls are on of my favorite. I have been feeling very anxious today because our house flooded and we need to vacate the property and stay in a hotel. It could be for a week or it could be for months at end. Luckily, everyone in my family is safe however our whole entire house will need to be gutted and most furniture will have to be replaced, however, that is all materialistic and my family’s safety is the most important thing. I hope all of you are having a good day.

We did a lot of our grocery shopping when I was a kid at Aldi, (which has totally helped fuel my shopping there as an adult!) and a lot of your haul things remind me of my mom 😊 we used to spend all day shopping then snack on the grapes we bought on the way home. FUN FACT MARY: I lived in Denver for 10 years (but I'm southern ) and the western slope of the rockies grows peaches and girl they're delicious....the most unlikely of places

@@npn7564 Palisade has the absolute best peaches. Seriously. If you see they were grown there, get 'em! Generally when you're picking peaches, though, they should be very fragrant. If you can't smell them, they won't be very good.

Fun fact: The pretzels, that have the loops, are the "real" pretzels. That's what we call a pretzel/Brezel in Germany. The sticks are a small version of a pretzel breadsticks/Laugenstange. So whenever you talk about a pretzel, you mean the looped ones. And it's kind of fun to see the difference between the Aldi in the states and the one in Germany.

Microwave your pepperoni slices for a few minutes and you can either eat them plain with salsa or guac.... or you can melt cheese and do a low carb nacho type of thing. The pepperoni gets crisp like a chip! Yum!
