Lolita is a very interesting book. I read it many years ago. I remember feeling so bad for Humphrey (is that his name?) but at the same time I felt absolutely disgusted that I felt bad for him

Hey! Just found your channel and subbed - really nice asmr! I haven’t read Lolita but I watched the film a few years ago when I was watching various Peter Sellers films - that’s what made me not want to read the book 😂 so icky, like American Beauty vibes. What you said at the end about saving money; I also use my local library - although sometimes it means waiting longer for the book I’m glad when I don’t like a book/DNF and haven’t spent money on it 😅

omg yeah im a big movie girl but i just dont think lolita is for me lol. and yes the library !!! i used to get all of my books at the library for the longest but im such an annotator that it pains me to be unable to write all over my books haha
