In college, I made Swedish cheesecake for my anthropology teacher as extra credit. The assignment was to make something from your lineage. I am 1/4 Swedish and I love cheesecake, so I made Swedish cheesecake. I don't know if it was the recipe, or if I messed the recipe up, but I tried a bite of it and it was not good at all! My teacher was polite and said it reminded him of a Middle Eastern dessert he used to eat when he lived in that area. I still think he was lying, but it was nice of him to do so.

Please don't take this the wrong way, because I LOVED the pasta sounds. My only issue is that the bowl was EXTREMELY loud compared to the whispers and actual pasta sounds. It made it difficult for me to be able to watch/listen to the video. :(
