The Promised Neverland is one of my favorite stories in anime and manga ever. It's definitely something that doesn't rely on being an anime to tell a great story and the writing is just solid. In the FIRST season, there isn't much action, but it is just as exciting as many other shonens. Definitely similar to Attack on Titan in historical environment, themes, and mystery presentation. Love it and can't wait for season two this January.

oh yeah The Louvres is gorgeous. I'm a typical whiny Frenchman but I still am speechless whenever I visit all the monuments along the Seine river. You also have incredible castles throughout the region (chantilly, versailles, vincennes)

If you enjoyed Psycho-Pass, you might also like two other anime that were written by the same person as it, those being Madoka Magica and Fate/Zero. If you want other serious shows, you could try Monster or Legend of the Galactic Heroes. They’re much longer series though (74 eps and 162 eps respectively), but definitely can be considered “anime that don’t really feel like anime”
