I was there when heather posted her circle time anticipatory tingle video 9 years ago. I listened to it probably more then 200 times by now. The first time i listened to it is one of the most tingles i've ever had! I can't wait to hear your version!

Yep me too. Thats when ASMR was truly something not many knew about and I felt like I found something special. It’s way too over sexualized now IMO.

Heather was the first one that got me properly hooked on ASMR and gave me an itch I still struggle to find a scratch for. It’s very hard, Softlygaloshes gave me a good amount of it. Just miss heather, hope she’s doing okay. Nice to see just how much she influenced asmr

Heather was such a modest and humble woman. I hope she knows how amazing she is. I'm just glad there are people like you who can still be inspired from her channel. She brought calm and peace to many people.

Did something happen to her?
@WithFireIDance7 ай бұрын
@@matearas7787 I don’t think she ever made a statement on why she stopped making videos but it’s likely she just didn’t have time anymore. She did have some health issues that affected her voice (I think) but she made a few videos after that. My guess is that she just got too busy in the real world and didn’t have time to make videos anymore. Plus she was always very private and safeguarded her anonymity
@Vigsol7 ай бұрын
@@matearas7787it’s possible she had a rough experience with some one on the internet, things can be tricky for women any way, let alone an asmrtist a decade ago. Speculation of course. She did also have health concerns. Whatever the reason I hope she is well, I still check her channel from time to time just in case she decides to be a wildcard and upload. I'm only a minute in, but the fact that you credit Heather Feather has me locked in. She's great across the board, the SKSK trigger is great, and her Skisses video is probably my favorite ASMR video of all time. Her kind of anticipatory triggers are next level and i can never find anybody else who does them the way she did, so I'm pretty excited for this video now.

Only good anticipatory vid I’ve seen cos they’re all fast asmr and I find fast/aggressive asmr so jarring like.. getting all up in my face and clanking the mic and being super loud & their whispers cracking and going into their normal voice.. it’s not even asmr atp it’s just stressing . Love the slow relaxing asmr with people like you who have perfect whispering voices , sounds so chocolatey and soothing 😊

Asmr should be slow and "boring" its supposed to relax for sleep, the fast obnoxious tapping finger rubbing talking while breathing in spamming supposed triggers is usually frystrating and even anxiety inducing so i really appreciate videos like this❤

@crazykev1765 ай бұрын
Heather feather pushed creativity and kindness and honesty and care, it was about the tingles and helping people and no one ever doubted that. Modern ASMR is just bordering on cliche at this point because everyone does the same thing over and over in the search for ego or financial driven goals. Modern ASMR is a business plan. Heather was heather, it wasn't click bait titles, it wasn't formulaic, it wasn't greed driven, it was just a person being themselves in their attempt to help others and themself find happiness around a shared experience. That type of honesty feels like it died when ASMR became mainstream because it's hard to relax to someone when you can't trust they don't just view you as a means to make money.
