This is amazing. Made me think of how cool it would be to do something based off the Resident Evil 4 Merchant. With the big coat and sellable goods inside. The visual aesthetic and purple colours of the Merchant always gave me ASMR as a kid. Great video! Looking forward to seeing what you do next! : )

I speculate the viewer character is the same as the protagonist from the computer game "Dust: A Tale of the Wired West," a fictional gunfighter from the Hopi Nation named Ahote, which means "the restless one." For sociopolitical reasons and to avoid potential offense, Ahote's people were not referred to as Hopi in the game but by a fictional tribal name. If we assume this, then Ahote somehow transitioned from 1882 into this modern post-apocalyptic setting. I got the idea because, in the game, most of the people Ahote encounters in the small town in New Mexico are quite prejudiced and only refer to him abrasively as "stranger," while Ahote sees no point in volunteering information about who he is or about what he has done.
