and to be honest this girl is one of the best at it. I struggled with , well i dont even know how to call it but it was like noise and anxiety when going to sleep that ended up building up on my forehead with pulsating pain and of course very little sleep. Her voice has been helping me to sleep for over 9 years now

It's crazy how ASMR manages to act as a neutralizer for some of my fears. Like, if I had to make eye contact with anyone for this long IRL (nevermind the close-up), I'd probably have a panic attack, but this? This is so comforting, I love it. 😌
