my stomach growls a lot too when i'm nervous/anxious, since that makes your digestive system and stomach work overtime, so i take stuff that calms me down/lessens my anxiety like CBD oil.. hope this helps, sending much love kimmy ♥ stomach growls are natural, so don't worry about them too much girly

Absolutely normal for your stomach to growl and personally I don't mind it because its something I know that can't be helped. If it really causes issues, just do outtakes and edits :) people who hate on you for tummy sounds are gonna hate most of asmr. I hear it so often lol

so what if your digestive system makes noises at inopportune instances-and i’m sure almost everyone else’s does too! i know mine does. if you’re not liking it so much in your videos (you do, after all, have a choice not to listen to people who say otherwise) maybe choose a food that’s a little less rumbly? for me, that usually means something light like a piece of bread and some margarine (im lactose intolerant) and greens (ngl it’s a little boring but it works for me!!) it might take some trial and error. something that has also helped me is taking a probiotic pill each morning. that’s also an option. i hope that your digestive noises don’t bother you too much! i wish you the best😊

My stomach would do that a lot also! I started drinking a lot of tea. Mint green tea, ginger tea, or just any tea with no sugar and it helped my stomach so much. It stopped making loud noises lol. Great video by the way!
