I've found that Americans tend to peel bananas from the stem (the bit where the banana is plucked from the bunch) instead of the tip ... you know, the bit that naturally peels open ... and then hold them at the tip end instead of the, you know, built-in holding protrusion. Hahahaha no you're not saying it wrong. The correct French pronunciation is "De-pesh mod", but the band is from London and when they saw "Depeche Mode" they thought it was pronounced "De-pe-chay Mode". So both are correct in some ways 😂
