@@PlxsteredH34rt It depends on what to do. In general, ASMR is not intended to be used as a background for work, and I may instinctively only use it to relieve myself of some quiet, monotonous work. If the work is active and requires intense mental activity, then there is no point in using ASMR; I just won't hear it if I'm completely focused on work. The diagnosis of autism is made by a doctor, and psychiatric terms should not be overused!
