2탄 기다렸는데 이로케 나오다니ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 언니의 asmr만 듣고 수면제 없이도 잔답니다..ㅠㅠ 진짜 구세주에요..!! 산후우울증 그리고 육아우울증 여러가지 복잡한일들 까지 겹쳐서 너무 고되고 힘든 상황이었는데 우울증이 갑작스럽게 심해지고 공황장애 까지 얻게된터라 잠도 잘못자고 진짜 반송장처럼 살았었는데,, asmr은 예전부터 알고 있었지만 그닥 팅글돋는(?) 그런 느낌을 못느낀터라 유목민처럼 이것저것 듣고 있었는데 은젤언니 asmr을 알게되서 수면제 안먹고도 꿀잠을 잡니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 자주자주 업로드 해주세요😍❤
