I recently had physical therapy for my left knee. So while the tape sounds were soothing, the thought of tap on my knee cap again bothered me... a lot. Doesn't matter though, still fell asleep. Great video.

More please knees ankles shoulders feet elbows anything you can wrap with tape. I’ve been an athlete most of my life had tons of sprains breaks Ligament stretches pulls rips and general just busted up. This is the best video for me love the explanation and the talking with care all of it!!! Really hits home

Ima Athletic Training major, so let’s see how accurate this is! Edit: Really solid video! Normally there are two anchor strips for most tape jobs to begin with, however I know sometimes this is a preference. In regards to your second lay of anchors, those are considered cover strips.

Haha same I tore my Acl, Mcl, pcl, and meniscus during travel basketball a year and a half ago. When I tell people they always get surprised at how bad it was and I always jokingly say “go big or go home 😂”
