Okay but like. I'm 7 mins in, but I have worked as a cashier recently. This is legit what I want to say to people sometimes. Now that may make me a bad person/cashier but fuck it. In particular the thing about the prices is huge. SAY IT WITH ME FELLOW CASHIERS: I DO NOT MAKE THE PRICES, I JUST RING YOU UP. You complaining to me about how expensive everything is in my store doesn't change that it is, and food's expensive everywhere atm. And on bagging groceries.... lady. I'm not gonna get up, bag your PILE of groceries and leave the queue waiting. If it's 5-10 things at most, and you ask nicely before I send them down the lane, as well as provide me a bag to pack them in. I'm happy to do it if it is obvious you would struggle to pack stuff up. E.g. elderly, mobility handicap. It's when you expect me to go out of my way, and inconvenience a whole group of people for YOU ALONE, I have an issue with it. Honestly this video is therapeutic, because she gets to say what I want to say with no repercussions.

I used to work in a call center and we would get people calling in complaining about store prices and I’m like lady, I don’t control the prices and she wouldn’t accept this and demanded my supervisor and lies saying I refused to help her so supervisor tells her same thing and she threatens to sue the store. 🙄 ridiculous

*I’m a cashier at a grocery store and there was this horrible horrible customer- I won’t go into detail of every single thing she said but it was just awful what she said to me- I was honestly scared to leave cuz of what she said but anyways- so basically part of what she was talking about tho was that I was supposed to bag her stuff and she called me lazy for it but at my store we aren’t supposed to bag it because there’s a bagging stations for them to do it (I think it switched during the pandemic that’s why) but yeah so her not bagging it just reminded me of that customer😂😭*
