Not sure if someone pointed this out, but benign is actually a good thing and means no cancer. My mom has gotten a good few biopsies done. Malignant is the bad one. Just figured I would point that out because when you said you didn't think the hyperpigmented spot was benign, well I got VERY concerned, but then you said you weren't worried, so maybe it was a slip of the tounge, but I dunno, so I figured I would just mention it.

I dont get tingles, like from anything ever! What I do get is super relaxed and sleepy, which I need as I am an insomniac. Since I started listening to these videos a couple of months ago I am actually getting more than just two of hours sleep a night.

@@ASavageEye I used to get intense tingles from all the asmr stuff but hardly ever now. But I do get really sleepy so it's all good still, especially the head and back videos. One thing I do dislike though is the ones where they tap stuff with their nails, that really sets me on edge.

i liked this video a lot :))) lol but anytime i looked at those colors circles i kept on thinking about those mini game-toys you were get at like dentist offices where there’s like a tank with water in it and lots of little neon colored rings and you had to push two buttons to shoot air into the tank to push the rings onto pegs. idk the name of those little games but i want to play with one now

Most of her markers are body pens! She talks about them/it’s in the description/comments in one of her past back vids! Honestly, I love the eyeliner (the black marker) she uses because it’s so clean and smooth!

It's called "runes" or nothern runes. Basically it was the alphabet used by ancient German people. I'm nor sure if it's the same as "Old norse". To be honest, I don't know much about it.

The symbol in the upper right quadrant is the runic letter beorc, which is equivalent to the Latin letter B. I don't recognize the others, so I doubt that the use of the symbol is actually meant to represent the rune.
