When my kids were little I would let them draw on my back with markers. Omg! It would relax me soooooo much 🤤 and they loved making colorful pictures on me!😂 If you have little kids, I HIGHLY recommend letting them do this! Just don’t forget to wash it off. I once forgot and went for a doctor’s appt. 😂. He cracked up at my little Picasso masterpiece. 😉

Anthony i agree! i just heard that my sister goes to a type of ”therapy” where she sits in a chair for 30 minutes that vibrates on the cell levels and u listen to relaxing music. its called a neurosonic chair. i would looove to get to go to neurosonic chair therapy but it is quite new in finland and not aivalable for free in mental health care in my city yet. i think this kind of gentle touch therapy would be really nice too and would also offer some human contact! i would definitely use it as a therapy method

The gentle nail gliding on the skin is something my Nanny (grandma) used to do on my arms to get me to sleep for naps, while telling me stories of when she was a little girl. I always called it "Kittying" and I love it so much! My 2 year old daughter now has me "kitty" her too. I make my hubby do it on my back every once in a while, but he hates doing it.

Overtime you do kinda get desensitized to it. Its why I like to alternate between different types of asmr, like cooking tree, viva asmr, and sandtagious, so when one wears thin I have something else to go too for a while before switching back in order to still enjoy it.
