Hey Tim, great asmr video! Cake looks great, you deserve it. One small suggestion on the frosting, you might try powdered/confectioners sugar (obviously a keto friendly version) instead of granular sugar. I think you’d find the frosting consistency would be a lot smoother. Cheers 🍻
