The great pumpkin knowledge…… when you open a pumpkin the seeds have a shell on them. If you open the seed the inside part is the green seed we eat. Pepita is the Spanish word for pumpkin seed. Thank you for another super relaxing enjoyable video

These look delicious!! So excited for all the upcoming fall treats ♥️ Also pumpkin purée tip: you can squeeze/pat out some of the extra liquid with a paper towel or cheesecloth if the purée is too wet. That’s what I do when I use pumpkin in cookies 🍪 🎃

I got 2 questions? How often would bake when you weren’t doing KZbin? Also do you enjoy the baking or do enjoy the outcome (the food) or is it both?

I had been working a lot more on decorating actually, as opposed to the baking itself for quite a while before I started KZbin. I would do usual baked goods like cookies and muffins and cakes, but venturing beyond that was far and few in between because I didn’t quite feel like I had anyone to share the goods with. So, it was fun to do cupcake and cake decorating because that was rewarding for me even if no one else saw it. Now, however, I feel a lot more driven to have fun with baking other items (like scones and other pastries) and get to do so quite often in order to make these videos. ❤️
