"this is Gotham Ciy....Huh, I'm up here in this dirigible slowly gliding around taking a look at Gotham City, taking videos,photos & archiving information about Gotham City.... let's see this is the city that Batman defends his homebase,its a big city they have a big police department with several precincts,a humongous city hall,they have many,many businesses restaurants,nightclubs,stores such as clothing stores, grocery stores,jewelry stores,stores for everything,20 radio stations each that either are all news channels or any kind of music your into,11 tv stations,the same here stations that broadcasts everything from news,sports,old movies, reruns,soaps,game shows,pay movie channels, and many other specialty channels,about 19,000 businesses in all.... the have a lot of banks and churches,about 60 banks and 45 churches,they have several movie theaters and bowling alleys,they also have many large diverse areas here they have the upper class section out toward the country millionaires,industrialists,architects,publishers,actors,directors,politicians, and the sort....then there's the middle class section where the people are not rich but they are well off,they have good jobs, lawyers,realtors,journalists,restauranteurs,and such.... and the lower class section formerly riddled with crime, murder,prostitution,and mob activity,that's all gone now but there still is an element of minor crimes here & there but it's not as bad as it used to be,people that live here aren't rich at all but don't call them poor,they are hard workers, there you have store managers & employees,city street workers,sanitation workers,bartenders,waitresses,taxi & bus drivers,gas station attendants & mechanics,dry cleaners,& convenience store employees.... Batman sure has changed this city and turned it around,they say he's semi-retired and works from his batcave base which is connected underground and beneath all of G.C.,and that he has operatives stationed all over the city,the countryside,and all of Gotham City's suburbs.... Batman and his operatives have an understanding with the G.C.P.D., the G.C.P.D. takes care of the regular criminals(burglars,conmen,muggers, swindlers,forgers and the common criminals)and Batman and his operatives take care of the powerful criminals(costumed psychos,gimmick powered baddies,crime families,super powered foes,etc.).... well it's raining now and I'll have to get this big aircraft back to the hangar I have enough footage and info the only thing I don't have is anything on Batman other than what we already know about him,but those that are close to him don't know anymore than anyone else.... back at the hangar the crew have all finished and gone home,I'll be at my studio getting all of what I've gotten ready for the archives,then on to another assignment, my name isn't important,I'm just a historian someone who likes to keep history alive here in G.C..... well thats all for now, see ya later,and God Bless Ya.... signed the G.C.
